Dr. Mark Costes is a dentist-turned-entrepreneur who has founded, acquired, and grown over a dozen dental practices before becoming the CEO and co-founder of the Dental Success Institute, Dental Success Network, and Practice Launchpad. He is also the host of The Dentalpreneur Podcast, which spans thousands of episodes and has garnered millions of downloads worldwide
Dr. Chris Green (Practice Launchpad speaker)
Dr. Chris Green, a third-generation dentist from Chicago, is the co-founder of Practice Launchpad. He launched his startup practice in 2018 and grew it into a multi-mullion operation with sub 45% overhead. In 2023, he partnered with a leading DSO to expand beyond clinical dentistry. He is also the co-founder of Dynamic Dental Ascension and a published author in the dental field.

Alan Withall (Henry Schein speaker)
Alan Withall is a 12-year Senior Sales Consultant at Henry Schein Dental who primarily focuses on the Metro/Tri-State Region; however, is the only representative granted access to servicing Dentists across the Country for the Start-Up Practice needs.Originally a Wisconsin native, Alan moved out to New Jersey from Wisconsin in 2013 to work for Henry Schein. In 2014 he founded the FYI Study Club, an in-person CE curricular geared towards educating dentists on the start-up process as well as maximizing on their overall production.
